How enhanced would the pictures of Mars look in 3D, a question that hasn’t troubled anyone of us. But the famed director, James Cameron wishes to show us this image. The Oscar winning direct in collaboration with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory plans to design a stereoscopic camera which will travel on the Mars Science Laboratory to the Red planet. The Mars Science Laboratory rover a.k.a. Curiosity is scheduled for a Fall 2011 launch to explore further the sites that have been identified to support microbial life previously. The rover with 3D zoom cameras on board, will surely make this a revolutionary journey.
