Apparently, the airplane emergency landing systems we currently rely on do not guarantee complete safety of passengers and this new concept of detaching one wing off the aircraft too seems baseless.



Yes, the new patent, introduced by an inventor from Bangkok, introduces a bizarre emergency landing system that makes one wing of the craft break off in case of emergency, spinning the one-winged plane into a horizontal plane. The spinning motion would make the plane hit the ground relatively slow, but would that save it from turning into ashes?
