Is Pico The World's Smallest Robot?

There is some controversy about who is the world's smallest robot. The Japanese robot makers from Sandia claim that their robot 'Pico' is by far the smallest robot.

Creators of Pico claim that Pico is the smallest robot because in spite of existence of other 1cc class robots, Pico is the only one that has its own power source while others do not even contain any circuitry.

Other small robots comparable to Pico are - 'Eco-Be mini robot' from citizen, 'Slime-Ridin' Snail-Bot Colonoscopy Robot' and beetle-sized robot 'Roams Your Body'.
