Is IAVRT Planning a Real Matrix or a Scam?

An organization called the International Association of Virtual Reality Technologies (IAVRT) is planning a network that will all be virtual reality at all times. They are calling the new system as 'Neuronet'. That means they are planning a real virtual Matrix.

The organization has also stated that this has been made possible because of the massive overcapacity of fiber optic cables that are left over from the dot-com era. This makes the project feasible with minimum investment.

The company has also stated that to cover some of the costs they will soon be inviting applications and pre-registration for .vr and .cin domains.

But many feel that this is nothing more than a scam since the web site of the company has been developed only 45 days ago. That is really a very short time if you consider all the planning of the company and what they intend doing.
