Improving on the first generation of the Looj Robot, which was the winner of the 2008 Best of CES Innovations Award, iRobot has yet again popped up with the second generation Gutter Cleaning Robot at CES. Hailed as the world’s only gutter-cleaning robot, the Looj makes gutter cleaning easier, safer and faster. It can clean up to 60 feet of gutters in just 10 minutes. Now you need not to enter the sullied gutters, as users may control the Looj by a wireless remote that doubles as a detachable handle. The second-gen Gutter Cleaning Robot also features some new additions, missing from its earlier version, which includes an internal antenna, an anti-flipping auger, a smart speed and a tool-less battery door. Users may just stay and control the Looj from one spot, and let it finish the cleaning job. The new Looj Robot comes in three different models, the 125, 135 and 155, which will be available this spring with a starting price tag of $130.
