First introduced at this year’s Detroit auto show, the iQ Power, a touch screen system for the dashboard, by touch technology maestro Nartron Corporation, has made induction into the production ready models of the Chrysler’s 200C. Chrysler is gearing to send the 200C concept all buttonless, right from the doors to the interiors, courtesy the iQ Power, which allows any Smartphone to function as a virtual key to lock, unlock and operate other features.
Playing around with the touch sensitivity of the dashboard the users can control the car’s music library, which mimics the iPhone’s music library. Also the vehicle features an UConnect tablet on the passenger’s side that lets the passenger send across recommendation regarding things to the driver.

Using the Smartphone you can also keep track of your home security alarm and smoke and carbon emissions, sitting right in the car. With the sublime blend of hi-tech and useless features Chrysler 200C could be our dream car by 2012 – unless the recession hit auto giants have better ideas.
