The monaural boombox depicted here is an Eveready flashlight casing fitted with an iPod Nano. Everything just fits well inside the casing, including the iPod Nano with a wireless remote, saving you from messing it up further. The speakers fit into the mouth of the flashlight and are pumped by an old satellite desktop speaker amplifier. Squeezing it with an external display would add zing to it.
