IOGEAR's multi-link Bluetooth mini keyboard switches between 6 devices

Technology in any sector is trending toward standardization. Gone are the days when consumers were expected to buy products that were compatible with only one or two products (often manufactured by the same brand) and what happened when they wished to buy a new product? Well, they would just have to wait either for an exchange offer or dump the old one.

In an effort to counter the aforementioned challenges, IOGEAR has introduced a portable Bluetooth enabled multilink mini keyboard, termed as the GKB601B that can be reused with up to six devices, including personal computers, macintosh, game consoles, smart phones, tablets, and so on. The key feature of this keyboard is that it can behave as a conventional keyboard for high-end solutions for those consumers who find it a bit challenging to use touch screens. Let's face it, touchscreens are fancy and delicate, and at times are prone to destruction from too much pressure from fingers. Another feature that makes it a cool product is that it is compact (9.125 in x 4.5 in in dimensions and 0.35 lb in weight) and hence is a blessing to the frequent traveler.

The keyboard is designed with a patented scissor key structure that ensures even pressure for all keystrokes, thus improving the longevity of the device. Priced at $99.95, the GKB601B comes with a cloth travel pouch. So if you are a person who wants all the high-end and lightweight electronic communication devices, and yet are not a big fan of touchscreens, this is a `must buy' product.
