Bluetooth headsets have come of age, yet there are designers who take no limit in trying their hands out on making something different in the genre. Such is the INVISIO G5, the smallest Bluetooth headset in the world, which with its flexible rubber make will come in handy in all conditions. Nothing on the dimensions, clarity or functionality of the make from the designer, but for more info to reckon it as the smallest, you can check what TDB has to say:

Dustin Brown, a designer and Senior Visualizer at Chicago-based Minimal Studios, has come up with a minute though effective headset that he claims to be the smallest Bluetooth earphone in the world. Dubbed “INVISIO G5,” the headset incorporates a flexible rubber “earspring” that wraps around the fold in a user’s ear to keep it in place during special operations. Featuring a large activation button on the outer surface, the G5 is an iconic military-inspired device from Invision, a manufacturer of communications products for Special Forces, which gives a “stealthy” look and feel for the modern spies.
It is not a concept. It's a commercial device.
