Interstellar Light Collector to cure depressed people
Richard Chapin, the founder of a lucrative Arizona swap meet has spend the past four years and $2 million on building the world's first moonbeam collector.

The collector is named as Interstellar Light Collector and is mounted in Arizona's Sonoran Desert.
The device is 50-feet tall, weighs 30-tons and is a combination of 84 mirrors that can rotate 360-degrees as a single unit.
Although the designer hasn't undergone any medical training, yet he believes that his invention can cure people in depression, arthritis and even some types of cancer.

He is so confident of the reflector that he has invited scientists nationwide to put his device to test.
The device can be rotated 360-degrees and the light that is captured can be focused on an area as big as a pick-up truck or as small as a person's head.
One woman who had undergone a moonlit session claims that it eliminated her need for eyeglasses.
Researchers have expressed interest in the device and have stated that it is a hot area to understand the spectral effects of light on human health and physiology.
