All of us have used our laptops in bed by resting it on a pillow on the lap. That said, we are all also aware of the fact that the laptop often overheats in such conditions because a pillow or blanket (whatever you are using) creates almost 10°C difference in temperature than the laptop would heat when it’s on the desk. Now, for all of you who have the liberty to work from home, and aren’t all that satisfied with the laptop stands and over bed stands, Intel has developed a "pillow-proof" technology to illuminate the laptop heating issues in bed. Displayed at the IDF, the “pillow proof” technology is Intel’s best kept secret for now, they haven’t disclosed anything on how the technology would rectify the problem but still we guess this will be beneficial.
