Insect larvae to be Pentagon’s WMD detectors
Of all the bugs, it is the insect larvae that got lucky or maybe the opposite, for they would now be vested with the duty of tracking WMDs. The Pentagon has tried honeybees before and this time the larvae would be implanted with WMD detectors. These bugs have been earlier tried as remote controlled beetles for reconnaissance missions, but this time around the intent is different.

These bugs would have to differentiate between chemical agents using integrated high sensitivity micromechanical chemical sensors. Agiltron Corporation has been handed over the contract to makes these bugs which would use electric power rendered through an electromagnetic harvester. These insects would use muscle actuators using which different movements would relay signals about the detection of different chemicals.
