Everything Microsoft does needs to be momentous. So when it lays down a target for its 'Unlimited Potential' program, it targets not one or for that matter ten million people, but a billion people. Yes, MS aims to see PCs in the hands of a billion people by 2010. To this end, the company is even foraying onto the business of hardware. It will begin selling complete PCs very soon.
