The IFA ‘07 is on its prime, with Electronic Company’s unveiling one product after the other at the grand festivity in Berlin. Daewoo too wants to intrude into the market; therefore, the Co. displayed its first Profile 2.0 Blu-ray player, the DBP-1000, thereby, highlighting upon the Blu-ray next generation blue laser optical disk format.

Features

• The player supports all the Blu-ray specifications, and adds web functionality i.e. access BD Live, which helps present the picture to picture material - a spec that was missing in the Blu-ray players until.
• Further, the player supports or propels pictures at 1080p via its HDMI port.
• The player will upscale DVD and JPEG photos to full HD resolution.
• Capable of handling major rewritable CD’s and DVD’s, it also supports the DivX.
• The player also comes with an USB port on the front that allows for feeding the device with downloaded video content.
