ICD’s Android-based Vega Tablet PC coming next year

After the Android-based Grande Specchio photo frame and before many others in the line, we have Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) popping up an Android based Tablet-like device dubbed the Vega. Running the new Android 2.0 OS the Vega is a screen done in three sizes: 7, 11 and 15-inches, supported by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G for connectivity.

The efficient in-home device is expected to make debut in the first half of next year with high-definition entertainment capability, a touchscreen, a webcam, 512MB in internal memory and a microSD slot. Besides the novelty of the Android OS the tablet will feature NVIDIA’s Tegra processor and graphics chip and would also run Mac OS X and Windows.
