IBM's Voice Recognition Programme Simplifies Campus Life

The students at Wake Forest University are damn lucky. IBM has introduced an IBM voice recognition program late last month which is designed to make their lives easier.

It works like this. Sensors planted at the campus detects all the necessary information like say whether there is an available parking space , free laundry washers , bus timings and even read out mails and notes on the student's cell phones whenever requested .

The technology is currently used to enter customer information by a US company called Best Buy and also at Miami Children's hospital to store patients records.
