IBM keyboard modded Steampunk for an Antediluvian Keyboard

Jumping over the regular boards and also a stride ahead of the other Steampunk keyboards is this Antediluvian Keyboard from modder Paradox.

Adorning horns and feet, this pimped keyboard is churned using a 1986 Model M clicky IBM keyboard. Unlike the recently seen wooden Steampunk Keyboard mod that fakes cardboard backplates and polycarbonate sheets for a typewriter key type look, the Antediluvian Keyboard has far more superior keys with individual spring for each key, that helps create loud and more retro typing sounds.

The faceplate and the sides of the keyboard are made in wood and each plastic key is tailored finely to the size of a typewriter’s key, and is then drilled into the frame. A brass touch has been given to the side and similar metal rods have been attached for stability.

There is also a sheet of brass that on which Paradox has placed red LED indicator lights connected to the Caps Lock, Number Lock, and Scroll Lock keys. There aren’t any price details or a word on availability, but it a work of sheer genius.
