i-Mate has introduced Momento 70 digital photo frame that has been enhanced for Windows Vista. Momento 70 also supports Windows SlideShow that allows other external devices to display information from your system.
The device boasts of a 7-inch TFT display with a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels for crystal clear image viewing. It also has a support for 802.11b/g Wireless LAN and memory and USB cards.
It also has a built in clock and a calendar mode. When you get bugged up watching the images on the frame you can also listen to your favorite tracks as the device also supports MP3/WMA audio playback.
The SlideShow is customizable so you can view your favorite pictures in either landscape or portrait view. The best thing about the device is that it comes with a RF remote and removable frames and mattes.
If you are not satisfied with the 7-inch screen you can go in for a advanced version named Momento 100 that features a bigger 10-inch screen.
The company has not yet stated any pricing and the availability of the device but according to me you will be able to find the device on shelves some time during this spring.
