When it comes to technology, wall would probably be a last guess with any nerd - but HypoSurface is a dashed-in shape-changing, interactive surface stand-in for the former. The HypoSurface is an unconventional wall that uses interlocking flexible panels activated by compressed air - the compressed air behind the surface pushes the panels out in three-dimensional waves, patterns, images and even spelling out letters in the wall.

HypoSurface is touted as the first display system in the world where the screen surface physically moves - along with the trait, the system also reacts to sounds and movement or can do its own thing. No word on the price yet, though, it comes with just everything you require to set it in there, you could even pick your liking on lease. Yes, initially it may take some time for you to get the hang of the thing, but the technological advancement surely deserves a pat for thinking about those dreary walls.
