HTC 'Star Trek' to hit UK as Qtek 8500 on May 10

The HTC Star Trek smart phone, pitched as the Razr killer, after being launched in Taiwan two weeks back, will hit the UK on 10th May.

Though it landed in Taiwan as Dopod S300, users in UK will get it packed as Qtek 8500. Surprisingly, as per Reghardware, the phone is already available for pre-order at the UK supplier Expansys' website, but we're not able to any such info there.
Anyway, the clamshell smart phone is a quad-band (850/900/1800/1900MHz) GSM device is powered by WM 5.0 and features a 2.2in, 240 x 320, 65,536-colour primary display, a 1.2in external display and a 1.3 megapixel camera.
