If you want to burn that extra flab off, here is a project just for you, especially when it also powers your computer and other electronics by generating electricity, you won't be able to resist getting your hands on to it.

The 'Pedal Powered Prime Mover' invented by David Butcher, who lost 8 lbs over 5 months, creates enough torque with its huge timber disc to charge batteries, that run an inverter that produces 110v AC to power all your appliances. All you need is a screwdriver, wood chisel, wrench, hacksaw, hand drill, and a bit of urge to tranport you out of your couch.
