A Wi-Fi active, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag is for wireless LAN position detection and management of people.

The feature enables a thorough and precise management of people entering a building and information about the position of individuals within.

Hitachi says it was developed to track people in case of emergency but imagine your boss looking at every move you make will you like it. I certainly would hate to wear it. Never the less this thing is going to hit the market on October 3 and will cost 21,000 Yen.
