Modelled after the treasured Koi, a strain of Carp in Japan, this 32 inch robot carp uses sensors placed in its mouth to monitor oxygen concentration in water to help fish health.
It is also believed that the robot will enable scientist to observe fish in the ocean or survey oil platforms for damage.
