Buffalo has developed the world's first HD DVD drive for PCs.

There are other drives like the Toshiba Qosmio, which already have integrated HD DVD but you will not find any of them as in independent product.
But this one from Buffalo Japan of the world's first ATAPI HD DVD drive to retail independently.
The drive comes with PowerDVD HD DVD edition software and supports DVD±R/RW and DVD±R/R DL, DVD-ROM and CD-R/RW/ROM formats.
This device will be available in Japan in the starting of the next year and will cost around $338.
