Pioneer recently added an entry level DJ headphone to its catalog. Launched in the European and North American market, it's a bold move taken by Pioneer to strengthen its position in this particular segment.

HDJ-500T comes with the regular 60 degree rotation arm structure and a flexible headband which helps maintain pressure allowing the DJ to listen to audio on just one side. But it has more to offer; for the first time, a dedicated remote and microphone to connect your Smartphone or iPhone (also compatible with Androids) come along with this.

Other specifications are inspired from the current line of headphones offered by Pioneer. So, you will get the same great sound quality and design specs as the top line headphones. It also includes two interchangeable cords: Coiled and Straight.

To take care of the wear and tear factor, the headphones are crafted with magnesium alloy that makes them light and durable. The current HDJ-500T is lined up against the very known HDJ series like 500R, 500K and 1000 which are priced between $99 to $169.
