Hacker programs ATMs to dispense cash on demand

Hackers have made their mark with the cockiest of hacks to the most genuine ones. Hacker Barnaby Jack (director of security research at IOActive) is definitely cocky with his hacks but he is a sincerely lad, who showed off his rather unusual ATM hack at the Black Hat conference. Wondering, well, Jack developed a program to force the ATM to give him all the cash they had in them. Jack’s software exploits weakness of the ATM computers and forces the Windows CE running machines of all mainstream banks to follow his orders and dispense off all the cash for free.
