Arr! Nothing cooler than those ancient wooden guns. They could make your Halloween costume. For that matter, they can liven up the proceedings when you’re in for a costume play or a costume party. But need you have a real one by your side (which by the way are way expensive than a normal squirt gun)? Instructables has a great mod to turn a normal squirt gun into a pirate gun, with all the wooden finishing and stuff, to provide the much needed edge to your costume. And there are two elements to that, a metal finish and a wood grain finish. All you need is some stuff like paint, sandpapers, paper towels and so on and you’re set.
