Guardian Angel - your very own personal 'security and communication' device

It may seem to be from the pages of some science fiction-esque, spy thriller, but the truth of of the matter is that designer Theresa Lobkowicz has conceptualized a fascinatingly futuristic device in the form of the aptly named Guardian Angel. According to the designer, it is fundamentally a personal 'security and communication' device, which can supposedly fly!

While you are nervously scuttling through a dark alley of some city, and all of a sudden some 'late night' thugs surround you. There is where your Guardian Angel comes into the picture, as your trusty savior. Sounds like a cliché? Well it's not, as while you launch your Guardian Angel in some precarious situation, its camera takes an helicopter view of you and your environment. Within a matter of seconds the device can transmit immediate situational awareness through a Video-Live-Stream to a security company, the police or even an ambulance.

The information that would be transmitted will contain data about your present location by positional co-ordinates, as well as the visual and sound link. This can save some precious time especially in case of an emergency. Moreover, other than acting as some romanticized, night time vigilante, the Guardian Angel could also prove to be conscientiously useful when there is a medical situation. Think of an old person who has somehow been incapacitated due to some injury or medical condition. He/she can now easily contact the hospital and even the whole outside world, for medical aid, by this conveniently contrived device.
