Goldmund, a high-end audio products company based in Geneva, has invited the CES press core to the demonstration of its new Logos 3F subwoofer, which will take place on January 9, in their Goldmund Media Room. Can’t say, whether Journalist are really interested to fly 280 miles from Las Vegas to cover a subwoofer debut ceremony, but I can highlight upon some of the technical specification for the same. The new approach to the multi-channel processor with the introduction of a USB Audio Input will eliminate the usual sound drawbacks associated with computer connections.
Michel Reverchon, president of Goldmund, put some words in favor of product, stating,
It may be difficult to improve upon perfection, but these two innovations will allow us to take the Goldmund Media Room to an unthinkable level of sophisticated and refined sound quality and efficiency
The Logos 3F works with a frequency response of 7Hz to 17Hz bandwidth, which is similar to the previous 3F sibling. However, its size has been reduced to 12-inches, making it fit for concealment inside interior walls. New USB processors use a multi-channel processor with up to 32 channels that can be extended to 128 channels. The price is presently unavailable. The unit will expose its potentials and offerings on the decided venue and the price will be revealed there as well.
