The solar powered hearing aid, developed by Godisa, an African company, formally known as SolarAid-Camphill, traps solar energy to feed its Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) rechargeable batteries. The weather resistant 115×20x70mm aid weights just 150g. Godisa is also offering hearing aid batteries, rechargers and Field Diagnostic Audiometer. I wonder how many techgeeks are utilizing their talent to bequest helpless people with the sound of life.
