We have always loved the things coming out of the Steampunk workshop. We have already taken a look at the crazy steampunk laptop that integrated a chic Morse key at the trackball and a manual typewriter keyboard. Now, an ingenious fellow named Jake has created a Steampunk flat panel LCD monitor that makes me go mum with its artistic looks.
To craft this chic Steampunk monitor to complement the other Steampunk accessories, Jake ripped off a Dell 1907FP flat panel monitor and spray-tinted the metal finish with some Krylon gold paint. After that, he used L-shaped brass colored aluminum angles to stand at the corners. Interestingly, I couldn’t found the mouse. Check out some more pics.
