The miraculous ‘Glabenator’ has showed a new light to the physically challenged and quadriplegic. It is an advanced alternative and augmentative communication device designed by Apurv Mishra, who was honored national award at the ISEF-International Science and Engineering Fair for his invention.

Wearing Glabenator, people suffering from paralysis can communicate through simple movements of just two muscles in their forehead. Patients simply select set messages from menu that are delivered through a recorder and speaker. Glabenator detects signals from the movement of muscles above the eyebrows through a computer. The $ 35 communication system can also be used by pilots to maneuver high-tech combat aircrafts.
