ViewSonic displayed the first ever LCD monitor made for iPod with an integrated iPod dock at the 2006 Apple Expo in Paris. Authorized by Apple, this 23/19-inch ViewDock monitor will descend in the US, Europe and Taiwan markets in November. However, the ViewSonic plans to procure eight million LCD units, worldwide within this year.
Additional features include multiple connectivity options, and there are several USB 2.0 ports and an 8-in-1 card reader. The ViewDock also has a microphone, as well as integrated stereo speakers and subwoofer.
