Yeah buddy you’re not the only one planning ahead for the day when the machines will take over the world. here are a few of our fellow humans who have already prepared a handful of Lego machinations, or Mechatronics, as they call them in the Lego-neering circles, to suck up to our future masters. The pic on top is an Industrial Grade P-8 Lifter Robot as contrived by Lukas who thinks that in the future yellow will be color of the dark forces. How original! Aaron Andrews’s ‘dwarf punk’ Lego bot ‘The Troll Crusher’ (pic after jump) is certainly meaner than his yellow friend and with traditional curves and colors is also closer to reality. Watch out for these in the 22nd century. The last bot of the day comes courtesy the rather sedate imagination of Soren Roberts whose danboard robo (pic below) represents the generations of domesticated house help bots who actually will be the first wave underground bot revolutionaries that will take over earth as we know it by the turn of the century. Pay your respects while you can... Better safe than sorry I say!
