Fujitsu's new notebook drives hold a whopping 250GB of data

Posted By: Naveen Kumar | May 16 2007

We were recently talking about the Hitachi's 200GB Travelstar 7K200 hard drive, world's fastest, highest capacity notebook hard disk with optional hardware encryption. Well, if you more concerned about storage space rather than the speed, Fujitsu has some new notebook drives that will store a massive 250GB of your data. It won't be that much faster as it runs at 5400RPM but the inclusion of an 8MB cache, a 12ms average seek time and a SATA interface won't do that much bad to the overall speed. No info on pricing and availability for now.
