Fujitsu wraps flexible PTA displays around pillars

Curved displays just got better with the recently concluded Fujitsu Forum 2010, where a collaborative effort from Shinoda Plasma and Fujitsu showed wonderful pillars covered in large displays. In the event which took place in Tokyo, Japan, from May 13 to 14, the displays that were mounted around pillars were developed by Fujitsu Frontech based on Shinoda Plasma's "PTA (Plasma Tube Array)" display technology. Two flexible displays measuring 1 x 1m were curved around the surfaces of the pillars with a diameter of 1m.
