The new Fujitsu-Siemens LOOX N100 series of pocket GPS navigators are embodiments of technology with pure deliverance. The SiRFstar III GPS devices include LOOX N100 and N110 and run Windows CE 5.0 on their 300MHz Samsung MCP3 processor. The 0.02-pound devices powers your hand with mobile navigation and entertainment, strengthened by 64MB expandable RAM, a 2.8-inch QVGA (240 x 320) 64k color touch screen display, basic PIM functionality, MP3/WMA/AAC music playback, retro games and NAVIGON MobileNavigator 6 navigation software.

The N110 comes with an additional 2GB of flash memory. No word on price and availability yet, but expect these to drop in soon.
