Fujitsu rolls out Multitouch Lifebook TH700 tablet for $1,149

Fujitsu has put up Lifebook TH700 tablet PC at quite a reasonable price. Priced at $1,149 or $1,099 after a mail in rebate, this multi-touch tablet PC is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i3 CPU. With 12.1 inch WXGA LED backlight display, it has the resolution of 1280x800. With multi-touch as the main selling point, it has multi-touch screen supporting on-screen gesture manipulation. The keyboard is full-size, spill resistant and also comes with a touchpad. It also features RAM of 4GB, hard drive of 320GB, preloaded windows 7 home premium 64-bit, integrated Intel graphics, a removable dust filter, a fingerprint reader, a dual digitizer (accepting pen input), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, webcam, dual digital array microphones for video chat, DVD writer, gigabit Ethernet LAN and an HDMI output. Unmatched flexibility is provided with durable bi-directional display hinge and modular bay battery.
