The market today is flooded with modern tablets. Tablets are usually known for their flat touch screen. We often see tablets with a virtual keyboard or a digital pen rather than a physical keyboard. Fujitsu, a Japanese company, has launched its first tablet with a slide-out keyboard. This is an ATOM-based tablet with the TH Series.

The stylish new tablet is called TH40D and has many smart features including 10.1” multitouch screen with a 1024×600 resolution, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB 4200 rpm HDD, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi. TH40D is powered by an Intel Oak Trail ATOM Z670 CPU (1.5GHz). It runs only on Windows 7.
Apart from the new innovative features, TH40D also has an elegant look. Unlike other tablets presently available in the market, the slide-out keyboard gives the TH40D a laptop-like look, which is very unique. The slim 17.4-mm aluminum body and the pretty screen with the black frame add to the beauty of the new product. In addition, the tablet is also very light in weight, weighing only 1.1 kg.
The new product is really cool and innovative. The good news for the people of Japan is that the company is all set to make TH40D available in market at the end of June at a price of about 80,000 Yen. The people outside Japan still have to wait until the company launches this product all over the world.
