Fujifilm - Fastest CompactFlash card launched

Fujifilm has launched what is currently the fastest CompactFlash in the world. The new 310x speed CompactFlash card uses a specially designed controller and the latest SLC flash memory chips. The card can achieve speeds of up to 46.5 MB/sec, which is the fastest sustained write speed of any memory card available today. It is available in 4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB capacities.

The best part is that the memory card provides support for the latest generation of UDMA compatible digital SLRs and professional video cameras. With a speed like that, it can satisfy any photographer’s demands. The cards are expected to arrive in U.J at the end of the next month and it has already created a buzz among professional photographers. The 4 GB card costs 49.99 Pounds, 8 GB card costs 110.99 Pounds and the high end 310x CompactFlash 16 GB card costs 209.99 Pounds.
