On the contrary, the Freedom Mini has probably the most intelligently designed keyboard that you can lay your hands..umm..fingers.. on. The keyboard can be connected to your PDA or smartphone through Bluetooth or the mini USB jack, if you wish to recharge its internal lithium-ion battery.
A three-way power switch strategically placed at the upper left corner helps you to connect to a PC, in HID mode, or to a PDA or smartphone, in SPP mode. When fully charged, it lasts not less than 9 hrs and in standby, it can run a 45 hour marathon. Additionally, its multi-colored LED hidden beneath the plastic housing shows connectivity and battery charging states as well.
