Frederic Kaplan just revealed his new project, its called wizkid. It may look like a weird computer screen but don’t let looks fool you, it’s an advanced robot which is capable of interacting with humans with various emotions. Wizkid interacts with humans by showing its emotions; it is done by moving screen and changing screen (facial?) expressions. It can remember preferences by different people and if you are a regular user then it will also suggest you to listen to some specific type of music that you’ll like. It can do mixing, take snaps and play music for you by showing CD cover, this certainly makes it perfect for small parties and get togathers. It will be displayed at MoMA in New York from 24 February to May 12, 2008.
