Interactive tables have reached the confines of the bar a long time back now, it wouldn’t be surprising if you saw a digital bar table, and a bartender treating you over it. Yet, Flyer Cafe by Luca De Rosso, is still a novel concept, that because this interactive bar gets the public flyers down from the walls in the streets and public places to the bartender's vicinity. This digital bar is where people using MMS can post and read public announces as we do on the streets.

The idea here isn’t only to keep materiality aspect of wall posting using the normal café's objects to control the system for entertainment, but is also to improve the visibility of the announcements, so that they are more convenient to be viewed and to be acted upon. The users just send MMS to Flyer Cafe adding all the information and eventual pictures about the offer with attractive text and images to catch the attention of viewer. A great interactive prototype which gels information with entertainment. Read on for a video demonstration on how the prototype works.
