Gizmo freaks can really rejoice. We finally have a real working finger print reader that can make having to type in passwords a thing of the past. Well, not totally actually. You see this nifty little gadget is just one of those bits of cool PC peripherals that make your work easier by allowing you to save a few seconds that you otherwise would have wasted punching in your password. Instead of the tedious process, you can simply allow this gizmo to scan your finger and clear your access to a particular site, PC user account, et all. Now the thing isn’t 100% foolproof and a disclaimer at the Microsoft’s corporate info page on the product warns users that the gadget should not be “used as the only means to protect sensitive data like financial information or accessing corporate networks” which of course effectively means that you’ll still have to hack your way in to get that data instead of having an authorized personnel’s finger print imprinted on an artificial silicon finger!
