Epson has introduced a 1080p PowerLite Pro Cinema projector that delivers an immersive big-screen experience.

New Epson PowerLite Pro Cinema 1080 delivers Unprecedented Combination of Video Technologies, Including Epson's Revolutionary C2 Fine 3LCD Chips. These technologies include Epson's new 1080p (1,920 x 1,080) native resolution C2 Fine 3LCD chips, OptiCinema optics, E-TORL lamp,1080Perfect(TM) Video Processor, and Absolute Black technology.
The projector is capable of producing high-definition images with full time colors and higher contrast ratio. The system will be available in the U.S. market in January 2007 at a price of $4,999.
