Epic’s Gears of War 3 gets a customized Xbox 360 at E3

Epic Games’ upcoming Gears of War 3 title gets a custom designed Microsoft Xbox 360 console with 32GB storage capacity. The gaming machine that brilliantly blends the red tint and skull of the game has been put on show at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angels, U.S.A.

The machine will bundle a standard edition of Epic’s Gears of War 3 and a wired headset. Being an incredible offer for game enthusiasts, the video game bundle will include a download token for bonus game content that can be used to buy additional ammunition.

Besides the design fitting to the game title, the Xbox 360 console for Gears of War 3 will have power and eject buttons with customized sound effects of the popular game. On clicking the buttons, the unique Gears of War sounds will echo in the air exciting the gamers.

The machine is slated to come out on 20 September, 2011. The title was initially due for release in April 2011, but was delayed. The GOW3 Xbox 360 will cost $399. But two custom-designed controllers of the console need an additional payment of $60.

Gears of Game 3 title is the third edition of the Gears of War series. It is also the final edition in the current story arc. For the first time in the series, the new edition of the game will highlight four-player co-op and several other features. The game will have two operating modes; assault mode and stationary mode with both having separate methods of gaming.
