Today is the day when voters across the US will decide the fate of Obama and McCain. But Core77 has already chosen the winner of their contest, which was intended to re-imagine the voting booth. Core77 gave a chance to use the precious quality of imagination to make the voting process a bit more stylish and came out with some interesting results. The challenge was simple. Participants had one hour to design the voting booth of the future. All designs were worth appreciation, but the “Voting Tree” by Vinishree carried off the prize. A little feeling of being part of the community will spring in every mind, when it sticks a paper leaf on a blossoming voting tree after casting his vote. Yes, that’s what the winning design says. Other than this, the second place was a Portable Voting Booth by Firenzee and third place was bagged by Bipartisan Shape Sorters from Njessee.
