The portable recorder is embedded with high-quality stereo microphone, time-stamp capability, dedicated input control, mono/stereo selector, low-cut filter, and gain boost. It records sound on SD along with taking care of MP3 formats (up to 320kbps) and allows you to control it via headphones and transfer everything to your PC through USB. It drives its power through AA batteries instead of li-ion batteries. You can test the deadly features of Edirol R-09 in Q2 for around $450.
