Displax developed by Edigma, is an interactive storefront display which allows you to interact with it via finger tracking on rear projection holographic screens. It will not be erroneous to regard it as a part of “interactive architecture” which is spreading it’s tentacles in the world of machines. It makes me remember Steven Spielberg’s ‘Minority Report’. Haven’t seen it? See it now.
Displax is for the commercial market, especially for retailers to lure customers, making them interact, welcoming at the doorsteps...of course, and ultimately pulling them inside.
