DIY head mounted computer for eye-view of the virtual world
Computer geeks will surely dig this wearable computer, built by MPCT forum user, fiveseven808. This DIY head mounted computer is very easy to build. You just need a Sony VAIO UX380, a MyVu Crystal Head Mounted Display, a battery for extended life, some Bluetooth devices like- Bluetooth cellphone, keyboard, mouse, headset, for computing while on the move.
Fiveseven808 mounted one eye piece of MyVu headset onto his glasses and joined the UX380 to the headset using a TV dongle. Motorola iDen i425 gives full internet access 24/7. The addon-Bluetooth devices communicate with the UX380 and BG14-18-60External battery provides for extended battery life. But this project died unexpectedly. Our sympathies with Fiveseven808.
